Food Provision for Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) - Winter 2026 and Spring 2027

Wiltshire Council is seeking organisations to provide food for the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, which runs during winter 2026 and spring 2027 school holidays. HAF is a Department for Education-funded initiative targeting approximately 11,000 eligible children in Wiltshire (those entitled to benefits-related Free School Meals, up to Year 11). The programme combines free activities and meals to address holiday hunger, physical inactivity, and social isolation. Food providers will support programme goals including promoting healthier eating habits, increasing physical activity, reducing social isolation, enabling enriching activities for personal development and wellbeing, improving understanding of health and nutrition, and strengthening engagement with school and local services. Wiltshire Council welcomes applications from large and small organisations with experience in food provision and community delivery.
