NHS Scotland Construction and Property Design Consultancy Services Framework

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), on behalf of all NHS Scotland Health Boards, is establishing a national Framework Agreement for construction and property consultancy services. This framework provides a unified procurement route for consultancy support on construction, property, and estates projects across NHS Scotland, including services such as design, technical advisory, and specialist consultancy. The framework will streamline multiple existing consultancy procurement routes currently used throughout NHS Scotland and work alongside a new national contractor framework to improve efficiency and consistency in how health boards access these professional services.
