Fire Servicing Framework Agreement 2027-2031

NHG, one of the UK's largest housing associations with over 66,000 homes across London and the South-East, is establishing a closed framework agreement for fire servicing and maintenance work. This is a market engagement opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed framework strategy through a Microsoft Forms survey and attend a meet the buyer event where NHG will present its approach, lot structure, and procurement terms. The framework covers two lots: Lot 1 for sprinkler-related works and services, and Lot 2 for all other fire servicing work including maintenance, servicing, and installation of fire alarms, AOVS, fire extinguishers, dry risers, wet risers, fire blankets, and evacuation alarms. The framework will support NHG's Fire Risk Assessment actions, with immediate call-off contracts expected. Other contracting authorities may also use the framework. Estimated call-off values are approximately £1 million per annum for general fire servicing and £150,000 per annum for sprinkler maintenance.
