Schomberg Society Kilkeel Refurbishment Works

This invitation seeks qualified contractors to undertake mechanical, electrical, and general refurbishment works at the Schomberg Society community facility in Kilkeel. The project involves upgrades to building systems, washroom facilities, and general renovation across multiple areas of the existing operational premises. Works will be conducted under the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract terms, with an expected duration of 6 weeks commencing not before August 2026. The scope includes: working in occupied premises, general construction work, refurbishment activities, and washroom system installations.
