Ballyconnell Community Centre Interior Renovation Project

This project involves comprehensive internal alterations and modernization of Ballyconnell Community Centre in Co. Cavan. The scope includes establishing a new youth hub on the first floor, installing a cabin lift for accessibility, constructing a new landing area, installing internal fire doors, adding a glazed screen and sliding partition wall, upgrading floor finishes, and performing a complete fire alarm system upgrade. The project also encompasses mechanical and electrical system installations and upgrades throughout the facility. Location: Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan, Eircode H14 AY24. Suppliers and contractors in building services, lifts, fire safety systems, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installation, and interior finishing are encouraged to submit proposals.
