St. Mary's Primary School Dungarvan - Climate Action and Fabric Repairs

This project involves comprehensive remedial and climate action works at St. Mary's Primary School in Dungarvan. The scope includes external building facade repairs to address water ingress issues, with external wall treatments and detailing work on roof overhangs, fascias, and soffits. Internal repair work will address damage caused by water penetration. Climate action improvements consist of attic insulation installation and pumped cavity wall insulation. The project also includes supply and installation of a bike rack.
