    Brief

The Creative Climate Action Fund III is a €-funded initiative under the Creative Ireland Programme aimed at leveraging arts, creativity, and heritage to drive cultural change toward net-zero emissions by 2050. The Creative Ireland Programme is seeking a training and development services provider to support approximately 15 funded projects across multiple sectors including arts and cultural organisations, local authorities, research institutions, environmental groups, and community development organisations. Key objectives of the training and development package include: building technical knowledge consistency across all project teams; aligning community dialogue approaches with the National Dialogue on Climate Action framework; ensuring understanding of the Climate Action Plan 2025 policy objectives; supporting data collection and evaluation methodologies; strengthening project management and communications capabilities; and fostering inter-project collaboration and knowledge sharing across sectors. The training will be delivered through a blended approach combining an initial in-person residential workshop (essential for building networks across diverse sectors) with follow-up online sessions. The successful provider will work collaboratively with the Creative Ireland Programme and public sector partners including the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, and the Environmental Protection Agency to co-create training materials and deliver content. Guest speakers and subject matter experts from these organisations may be incorporated into delivery. This is a procurement opportunity for a private sector training provider with expertise in project delivery, climate action, sustainable development, community engagement, and cross-sectoral partnership development.
