Customer Workstream Leadership - West Midlands Bus Franchising Programme

This opportunity involves leading the Customer Workstream for the West Midlands Bus Franchising Programme. Key responsibilities include: project management and leadership of the customer-focused workstream; designing customer experience strategies; developing stakeholder and customer engagement approaches; providing governance reporting and coordinating decision-making documentation; managing risks; delivering business analysis support; and preparing customer-facing operations for Day 1 implementation. The engagement requires up to 120 consultancy days over a three-month period, delivered on a flexible hybrid basis with on-site attendance at WMCA/TfWM locations as needed for meetings and collaborative work.
