Brief

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking Red Book Valuations to assess and manage risk for Good Growth Fund investments. Valuations are required for Phase 1 on a full basis and for future phases on an indicative basis. Each valuation must include: (1) Market Value in the current state, (2) Market Value upon development assuming vacant possession, (3) Market Value upon scheme completion and occupation, and (4) Market Rent upon scheme completion and occupation. This procurement is being conducted via exemption under PA23 regulations and the GMCA constitution. Valuers should have experience with large-scale development appraisals and be familiar with Red Book valuation standards.
