Quantity Surveying and Commercial Services Framework

Translink seeks to establish a framework agreement for quantity surveying, cost management, commercial, contractual, and project support services. This framework will support Translink's capital investment and maintenance programmes across Northern Ireland Railways, Ulsterbus, and Metro. Selected suppliers must be qualified and experienced in supporting projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from strategic planning and design development through construction, contract administration, and project closure. Projects span diverse asset types including rail and bus infrastructure, transport facilities, operational buildings, engineering workshops, warehouses, car parks, civil engineering structures, mechanical and electrical installations, building services systems, signalling and telecommunications, energy efficiency initiatives, and refurbishment or demolition works. Suppliers should be prepared to deliver professional services across multiple project types and scales to support Translink's extensive infrastructure portfolio.
