Event Services Framework Agreement - National Portrait Gallery

The National Portrait Gallery seeks suppliers for a four-year Framework Agreement (with optional three-month extension) to provide Event Services across five service categories: Catering, Floristry, Production, Furniture, and Entertainment. The Gallery hosts approximately 150 out-of-hours events annually, including internal private views, fundraising dinners, corporate receptions, sponsor events, and venue hire functions held at both the Main Gallery and the Weston Wing. Approved suppliers will be listed on the Gallery's Approved Supplier List for external clients including Corporate Members, Sponsors, Venue Hire Clients, and Donors. Selection for the framework does not guarantee minimum work volumes from either the Gallery directly or from external clients using the approved supplier list. External clients select and contract directly with suppliers, with invoicing handled directly between supplier and client. Suppliers awarded contracts through the Approved Supplier List must pay a 10% commission to the National Portrait Gallery. Framework values provided are estimates only and may vary, incorporating both Gallery spending and external client spending. Interested suppliers should be prepared to deliver high-quality services across their chosen lot(s) to support the Gallery's diverse event programme.
