Ireland – Secondary Education – Heritage Specialist Panel for Post-Primary Schools

The Heritage in Schools Post-Primary (HISPP) programme seeks to establish a panel of qualified heritage specialists with expertise in natural, built, and/or cultural heritage. Selected specialists will deliver educational visits to post-primary schools, providing students with engaging learning experiences that help them discover and appreciate their heritage while supporting curriculum objectives. Specialists should be able to design and deliver age-appropriate heritage education sessions, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and align content with post-primary educational standards. This is an opportunity for heritage professionals and educators to join a vetted panel and secure recurring work delivering heritage education across Irish secondary schools.
