SEND Specialised Transport Routes - Summer 2025 Call-Off Tender

This is a call-off opportunity from the PLACE059 Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) specialised transport routes. One service area is available within the region. Transport providers can bid on one or multiple services by submitting mileage-based pricing in the Appendix B Price Schedule. Each service area specifies the required mileage and contract length. Contracts commence in June 2026 with an option to extend for 12 additional months. The bid deadline is Friday 26th June 2026 at 09:00. Important compliance requirements: bidders must complete the Cost Per Mile and Variable Mileage Rates in Appendix B, and must provide DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certification for all proposed drivers and passenger assistants, including certificate numbers, issue dates, and scanned copies of enhanced DBS certificates.
