Live Fire Training Building Replacement

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service seeks to replace their Live Fire Training Building at the Maresfield Training Centre. The project aims to replicate the current facility's functionality while implementing design improvements for greater operational flexibility and environmental sustainability. The Service prefers a single supplier to manage design finalization and full construction; however, recognizing market constraints, this tender welcomes submissions from: (1) end-to-end providers offering complete design and build services, (2) suppliers providing training systems and smoke scrubber plant with ongoing maintenance, or (3) suppliers providing building units for integration with separately sourced systems. A container-based solution is the anticipated approach, aligned with the current facility design and budget constraints, though alternative approaches may be considered.
