    Brief

Recovery Connections seeks to provide a Lived Experience Recovery Coach Service supporting individuals across the Redcar, Cleveland, and Middlesbrough (RCM) Probation Delivery Unit who are subject to Drug Rehabilitation Requirements (DRRs), Alcohol Treatment Requirements (ATRs), or have identified substance misuse needs. The service will employ trained staff with personal lived experience of addiction and recovery to help clients enhance engagement with treatment programs, build motivation, improve treatment compliance, and reduce reoffending. This role is critical for supporting vulnerable individuals within the criminal justice system and requires demonstrated expertise in recovery coaching and understanding of substance misuse challenges.
