Specialist Breast Radiologist Services Contract

SBUHB (Swansea Bay University Health Board) is seeking an Independent Provider to deliver specialist Breast Radiology Services on an insourced basis. The role requires a qualified Breast Radiologist to work approximately 25.5 hours per week for up to 5 months. Key responsibilities include: conducting One-Stop Breast Clinic assessments (4 clinics weekly, 12 patients per clinic), reporting on mammography and CT imaging studies, and preparing materials and presenting cases for Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. This is a fixed-term contract ideal for experienced radiologists seeking flexible engagement or those available for a defined project period. The successful provider will support the Health Board in maintaining breast imaging services and improving patient diagnostic pathways.
