Pavilion Gardens Phase 2 - Roof Replacement and Refurbishment Works

This project involves comprehensive roof replacement and refurbishment works at Pavilion Gardens, a Grade II listed historic building located in Buxton, SK17 6BE. The scope of work includes removal of existing roof coverings, installation of both traditional pitched slate and flat roof systems using heritage-compatible materials, and associated weatherproofing and detailing work. Additional refurbishment work will be carried out to toilet accommodation. All works must be completed with careful consideration of the building's listed status, continued public access, and protection of sensitive interior environments including a conservatory with plants and fish. Contractors should have experience with heritage building preservation and working on occupied sites.
