Executive Committee Cyber Crisis Tabletop Exercise

The Home Office is seeking a specialist cyber security supplier to design and deliver a tabletop exercise (TTX) for the Executive Committee level. This exercise will simulate cyber crisis scenarios to test organizational readiness and decision-making in response to cyber incidents, aligned with the Government Cyber Security Strategy. The supplier will be responsible for developing realistic scenarios, facilitating the exercise, documenting proceedings, and providing analysis and recommendations to improve the organization's cyber crisis response capabilities. The exercise will involve senior executives and key stakeholders in a controlled environment to identify gaps and strengthen incident response procedures.
