London Construction Programme General Works Framework - MW25-GW

Haringey Council is establishing a 5-year general works construction framework on behalf of the London Construction Programme (LCP), available to over 60 public sector organisations across London and the Home Counties. The framework covers a comprehensive range of construction services including new builds, fire safety works, refurbishment, retrofit, planned preventative maintenance, mechanical and engineering services, renewable energy systems, and heritage works across residential, commercial, community, and public sector buildings. The framework will be divided into 16 lots across four primary categories (New Build, Fire Safety Works, Refurbishment and Retrofit, and Planned Preventative Maintenance), each with tiered contract value options (up to £7.5m, £6m-£15m, £14m+) plus an open value tier (£1+). Tenderers can apply for a maximum of two sub-lots plus the open value sub-lot per primary category. Reserved places are available for micro and small enterprises. The framework is designed to support four key objectives: delivering net zero commitments (including zero carbon supply chains and low carbon operations), providing efficient procurement routes with value for money, driving positive change in mental health and equality and diversity in construction, and promoting innovation and collaboration. The framework is anticipated to commence in September 2025 and replaces the previous MW19 framework that expired in October 2024.
