Employee Counselling and Psychological Support Services

This opportunity involves providing comprehensive counselling and psychological services to support employee mental health and wellbeing. Services include: confidential counselling delivered virtually and/or face-to-face for all employees; evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), psychotherapy, and mindfulness programs; psychological leadership and support for the DSFRS Defusing Network; provision of critical incident defusing support and specialized training to the defusing team; collaboration with internal Health and Wellbeing and People Services teams; and stress management training delivery as required. The service operates on a variable demand basis with an average of 1,000 counselling and EMDR sessions annually, representing the highest area of demand. Suppliers should be equipped to deliver flexible, responsive services that scale according to organizational needs.
