    The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking experienced organizations to deliver integrated early years and child health services for children aged 0-19 years and their families. This is a competitive tender opportunity with three separate lots that bidders can apply for individually or in combination: Lot 1: Best Start in Life Family Hubs - Universal and targeted support services for children aged 0-5 and parents, focusing on early identification of need, healthy development, and school readiness. Lot 2: Best Start Service (0-5) - Targeted early years public health services including infant feeding, oral health, and healthy weight provision, working in partnership with health visiting and Family Hubs. Lot 3: Healthy Child Programme (0-19) - Universal public health framework providing screening, immunisations, developmental reviews, and guidance for children from preconception to adulthood. Contract Period: 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2032 (5 years) with optional extensions of up to 45 additional months. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. The services aim to promote prevention, early intervention, reduce health inequalities, and ensure all children have the best possible start in life.
