Vulnerable Customer Support Programme - Multi-Site Service Provider

SSEN is seeking proposals from experienced service providers to deliver a comprehensive vulnerable customer support programme running from 2026 to 2028, with optional extensions through March 2030. The programme aims to help customers in fuel poverty reduce energy costs and improve living standards through joined-up services across both SSEN licence areas (North Scotland and South Central England). Key deliverables include: promoting and registering customers for Priority Services; providing tailored support and advice on fuel poverty and energy efficiency measures; facilitating access to Low Carbon Technologies grants; and distributing 5,000 Energy Efficiency Packs to vulnerable households. Successful bidders should demonstrate expertise in vulnerable customer engagement, fuel poverty reduction, energy efficiency advice, and coordination with local authorities, contractors and partner agencies. The programme supports SSEN's ED2 price control commitments to invest in networks and deliver community-focused customer support.
