    The Department for Education (DfE) is seeking an Implementation Partner to support local authorities in transforming and delivering the Best Start in Life (BSiL) programme. The successful partner will have the vision, infrastructure, and expertise to help local authorities: lead system reform and drive ambitious local action; deliver consistent, high-quality Best Start in Life and Best Start Family Hub Services; build sustainable capability, learning, and innovation across the sector; and provide flexible, responsive support as the landscape evolves. The Implementation Partner must demonstrate agility and the ability to respond quickly, enabling local authorities to maintain momentum in achieving the programme's goals.
