Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Advisory and Cyber Security Services

The Commission seeks a qualified service provider to deliver Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) advisory services and comprehensive cyber security support across the organization. The engagement comprises two main components: Part 1 covers CISO advisory and ICT cyber security services to support the ICT team with expert guidance on information security governance, cyber risk management, ICT policies, procedures, processes, and technical controls. Services must ensure alignment with public sector requirements, industry best practices, and relevant standards including ISO/IEC 27001. Part 2 provides specialist cyber security advisory and support services to business units across the organization outside of core ICT operations, helping meet statutory, regulatory, and operational obligations. The initial contract period is three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods based on satisfactory performance, business needs, and funding availability.
