Workforce Development Programme for Youth Practitioners

This programme provides specialist training and support to youth workers across London at all career stages, with a focus on supporting young people affected by violence and developing leadership skills. It comprises three integrated packages: Package 1 offers flexible online and in-person training, development, and networking opportunities for new entrants and those unable to commit to intensive programmes; Package 2 is an intensive, cohort-based leadership development programme for experienced practitioners ready for senior roles, including mentoring and wellbeing support; Package 3 is the Youth Practitioners' Advisory Board, providing continued strategic leadership development for programme graduates. The programme is designed to strengthen practitioner expertise, build organisational capacity, and create a pipeline of leaders to influence youth violence reduction priorities across London's youth sector.
