Brief

BlueLight Commercial is replacing the National Framework for Police Constable Entry Routes (PCER), which currently expires in February 2027. The new framework will support police initial entry programmes including the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP), and may include additional relevant programmes. This is stage 2 of the market engagement process, inviting suppliers to provide feedback on the draft specification to ensure the framework scope is appropriate, fit for purpose, and achievable. A recorded virtual Market Engagement Session from 30th April 2026 is available via the sell2bluelight portal. Interested suppliers should register via the e-tendering platform at https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/home to access further information and submit feedback.
