Electric Vehicle Charging Network Operator

Seeking a single long-term operator to develop and manage an EV charging infrastructure network across multiple locations. The operator must have capacity to fund asset renewal, expansion, and ongoing maintenance while guaranteeing high availability, safety standards, and affordable pricing for users. The network will predominantly feature AC chargers (7-22 kW) with potential for limited DC rapid charging units. Deployment locations include social housing estates and public car parks accessible to residents and the general public. The operator will inherit and refresh a mix of existing chargers, some of which are currently obsolete or reaching end-of-life. Qualified operators should demonstrate financial capability, technical expertise, and commitment to equitable access.
