Brief

RBC is seeking a service provider through an Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise to deliver Family-Led Decision Making support. The service will work closely with social care teams to engage families in Family Group Conferencing (FGC) and other family-centered decision-making processes. Key deliverables include: supporting families to access and participate in Family-Led Decision Making (FLDM) processes; upskilling social care staff to ensure consistent application of FLDM approaches across teams. The service aims to reduce the number of children and young people entering local authority care by empowering families to make positive choices for their children. Providers should have expertise in family engagement, conferencing facilitation, and staff training and development.
