Visitor Kiosk Replacement at Lotherton Hall Estate

Leeds Building Services (LBS) seeks a subcontractor to design, supply, and install a replacement visitor kiosk at the Lotherton Hall Estate in Leeds. The existing kiosk, installed over 20 years ago, requires replacement due to timber deterioration from direct exposure to weather and driveway conditions. The current structure provides inadequate working conditions with poor ergonomics, insufficient ventilation, and minimal insulation. The successful contractor will be responsible for the complete removal of the old kiosk and installation of a new, fit-for-purpose structure that meets modern standards for visitor-facing facilities, staff comfort, and durability.
