Enabling Works for Underground ESB Lines at Dargan Drive, Tullamore, Ireland

Offaly County Council is seeking contractors for enabling works on a 0.68-hectare site in South Tullamore, Co Offaly, to prepare the location for a 20-dwelling social housing development. The project involves diverting and undergrounding two overhead ESB power lines and an existing Eir telecommunications line. Additional works include constructing a new footpath and front boundary wall. The site is bounded by Chancery Lane to the North, a vacant field to the East, the Irish Rail line to the South, and a residential dwelling to the West. Main site access will be from Chancery Lane.
