Brief

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is seeking to procure a Fuel Finder Aggregator Service in collaboration with Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) Digital. This is a preliminary market engagement phase to gather feedback from prospective suppliers before formal procurement commences. Procurement Details: - Contract Value: £3,000,000 excluding VAT - Contract Period: 4 January 2027 to 3 January 2030 (3 years) - Optional Extensions: Two possible 12-month extensions (to January 2031 and January 2032) - Total Potential Duration: Up to 5 years Proposed Route to Market: The procurement is likely to be conducted through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Technology Services 4 (TS4) Framework Agreement (RM6190), specifically using matrix Lot 2.5 comprising: - Lot 2: Transition and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) - Lot 5: Application and Data Management Only suppliers with successful bids on the relevant TS4 matrix lots will be eligible to compete.
