First Aid Training Framework Agreement for NRW Staff (2026-2030)

Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking a framework agreement provider to deliver first aid training services to approximately 1,193 staff across Wales over a 4-year period (2-year initial term with optional 12-month extensions up to 4 years total). The framework covers four course types: First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification, Emergency First Aid, and Emergency First Aid plus Forestry. Training must be delivered locally across Wales to minimize travel and support NRW's carbon reduction commitments, with services required in diverse environments including forestry, marine, and industrial sites. The framework is divided into two geographical lots: Lot 1 covers North and Mid Wales (Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham, Powys, and Ceredigion), and Lot 2 covers South Wales (Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Newport, and Monmouthshire). Bidders should offer closed courses at NRW offices where feasible and provide access to public courses for areas with lower demand.
