Brief

Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs and Maintenance Services department is seeking qualified contractors to perform internal and external property clearances on Council-owned properties throughout Stoke-on-Trent. This framework agreement will be split into two separate lots: Lot 1 covers internal clearances and Lot 2 covers external clearances. The Council plans to appoint up to two contractors for each lot. Contractors should be prepared to undertake clearance work on a range of Council properties as required. This is a framework arrangement, meaning successful contractors will be on an approved list for call-off work over the contract period.
