Kitchen Canopy and Ductwork Cleaning Services

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a specialist contractor to provide kitchen canopy cleaning and associated ductwork maintenance services across 140 locations throughout South Lanarkshire. Facilities include primary schools, the Council Headquarters, Social Work establishments, and Leisure Facilities. Services required include: full cleaning of kitchen canopies, grease filters, plenums, channels, ductwork, and extract fans on an annual basis, with an additional canopy clean required mid-year at each location. The contractor may also be required to install access doors to canopies or perform repairs and replacements as needed. All work must be documented with a comprehensive post-service report including pre-clean and post-clean photographs to verify completion and quality standards.
