This procurement comprises three separate lots for maintenance, repairs, and round-the-clock emergency support services: Lot 1 covers scheme doors, door entry systems, intercoms, and lifeline equipment; Lot 2 covers corporate building doors and access systems; Lot 3 covers housing block doors and access systems. Suppliers should be capable of providing rapid response repairs, preventative maintenance programs, and cloud-based access control management. All lots require 24-hour call-out availability to ensure minimal downtime for users. Bidders may apply for one, multiple, or all lots depending on their service capabilities and geographic coverage.
