    Brief

The Met Office seeks a partner to redevelop and provide ongoing operational support for three critical EUMETNET meteorological observation data processing systems (Datahubs): the E-ADAS Datahub (processes aircraft-based AMDAR observations), the E-Profile Datahub (handles atmospheric profiling data from radar wind-profilers, LIDARs, and ceilometers), and the E-GVap Datahub (converts geodetic GNSS data into formats for National Meteorological and Hydrological Services). These systems currently operate on end-of-life on-premises Linux infrastructure and must be modernized by migrating to public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services) to align with Met Office strategy and ensure long-term sustainability. The successful supplier will be responsible for complete system redevelopment, cloud migration, and provision of ongoing operational support for these mission-critical services that deliver meteorological observations to a global audience.
