Election Printing and Canvass Services - Market Engagement

Dacorum Borough Council's Electoral Services Department is conducting market engagement to gather supplier views on printing services for elections and annual canvass activities. The Council manages elections across the borough, which has approximately 70,000 properties and 115,000 electors across 25 wards and 16 Town and Parish Councils. This is a non-binding consultation (not a formal procurement) designed to understand market interest, explore viable commercial structures, and identify innovative service delivery approaches. The Council will cease operations on 31st March 2028 when it merges with St Albans and Hertfordshire County Council to form a new unitary authority. Interested suppliers should complete the questionnaire via the Supply Hertfordshire e-tendering portal (free registration required). There is no obligation to participate, and the Council will not cover any costs incurred by respondents. Closing date: Friday 7th August at noon.
