    Brief

This service supports individuals and families relocating to Hampshire through Government refugee resettlement programmes, including the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS), Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP), and UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS), as well as those who arrived via Community Sponsorship or transferred into the county. The successful provider will be responsible for procuring, delivering, and installing essential items in matched properties before families arrive, including white goods, furniture, bedding, kitchen and bathroom equipment, and curtains or blinds. The service requires flexible staffing to maintain capacity for approximately 24 properties per year and includes removing and relocating items between properties as needed. Providers should be prepared to scale operations to full capacity when circumstances require it.
