Solar Power Systems Supply for Ukraine Resilience Project

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and funded by multiple donors, is seeking qualified organizations to supply and deliver Solar Power Systems. This procurement is open to eligible suppliers who can meet technical and commercial requirements. Key deadlines: submit questions by October 9, 2026 at 18:00 Kyiv time; submit proposals by October 15, 2026 at 15:00 Kyiv time. All proposals and inquiries must be sent to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with tender number PFRU2-2025-779.6 in the subject line. Price proposals may be submitted in Ukrainian or English. Note that PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country, so payments will exclude VAT. Required submission documents include completed Terms of Reference (signed and in PDF format), completed Annex 1 (English or Ukrainian version, signed and in PDF format), completed Excel files, and country registration documents.
