Early Warning System Service for Drug Information Networks in Greater Manchester

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking a service provider to establish and manage a coordinated drug monitoring system across the region. The successful supplier will: deliver and manage professional information networks focused on drug trends for each of the 10 local authorities in Greater Manchester; oversee a centralized alert panel to identify emerging drug issues; develop and distribute timely drug alerts to relevant stakeholders; and maintain communication with national and regional drug monitoring organizations to share intelligence on new substances and emerging patterns.
