Clerk of Works Services for Beckenham Housing Scheme

We are seeking a qualified Clerk of Works professional to provide comprehensive Clerk of Works services for the Beckenham Housing Scheme during construction and handover phases (RIBA Stages 4b-5). The successful applicant will deliver services in accordance with the Clerk of Works and Site Inspector Handbook 2006, including site inspections, quality assurance, and contract administration support. Key responsibilities include assisting the Employer with minor remedies against the Contractor, defending claims, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and specifications. This role excludes adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and formal dispute resolution proceedings. Applicants should have demonstrated experience in clerk of works services on residential housing projects and a thorough understanding of construction site management and contractual obligations.
