This infrastructure-focused project is designed to unlock residential development across four key zones: Salesians, Stonetown Terrace, Quarry PBSA, and O'Callaghan Strand. The scope includes coordinated demolition work, public realm improvements, and critical infrastructure development covering water supply, wastewater management, surface water drainage, utilities, flood protection systems, and transport infrastructure. The site contains listed buildings requiring specialized heritage considerations. The successful design team will provide single-point responsibility for integrated design coordination across all disciplines, enabling efficient project delivery and housing development activation.
