This opportunity invites suppliers to provide furniture for two distinct lots serving a university group. Lot 1 — Workplace, Teaching & Social Learning Furniture includes desking (fixed and sit/stand options), task and meeting seating, monitor arms, desk power and cable management solutions, teaching and lecture furniture (student tables, linking/tablet chairs, flip-top tables, lecterns), meeting tables, breakout and café furniture, soft seating, high-back booths, acoustic pods and phone booths, plus storage and lockers. Lot 2 — Student Accommodation Furniture includes beds and bed frames, mattresses with protection programmes, wardrobes, chests, bedroom study desks and chairs, and communal kitchen/lounge furniture for residential spaces. All furniture must comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, meet severe-contract durability standards, and adhere to BS 7177 for mattresses and BS EN 747 where applicable. Installation will follow summer-window programmes across occupied residences to minimize disruption.
