Standing Conciliator for Large Public Sector Engineering and Construction Projects in Ireland

This opportunity seeks an independent dispute resolution and conflict avoidance professional to be appointed at the commencement of large public sector engineering and building projects in Ireland. The Standing Conciliator will provide proactive mediation and conciliation services to help prevent and resolve disputes between project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government entities.
