Real Estate Valuation Services for IDA Business and Technology Parks

The IDA seeks qualified valuers to provide annual real estate valuation services for approximately 30 IDA Business and Technology Parks across Ireland. Valuations must be conducted in accordance with Open Market Value (OMV) standards as defined in the RICS Valuation Global Standards (Red Book), or equivalent internationally recognized valuation standards. The contract involves initial comprehensive field-based valuations of all 30 sites, with valuers submitting independent assessments that are averaged to establish per-hectare pricing. Subsequently, at six-month intervals throughout the contract term, the IDA will designate approximately 9 sites for field valuation while the remaining sites may be assessed through desk-based valuation methods. This is an ongoing contractual arrangement with two appointed valuers working concurrently to ensure independent valuations and consistent market pricing of IDA property assets.
