Tree Care and Landscape Services Framework Agreement

The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk is establishing a Framework Agreement for arboricultural and landscape services across two lots. Lot 1 covers planned and reactive tree maintenance services, including climbing work for tree pruning, felling, and other arboricultural operations. Lot 2 provides a 24/7 emergency callout service for tree-related incidents such as fallen trees and branches caused by adverse weather or other hazards. Under Lot 2, contractors will secure affected areas and notify the Arboricultural Officer to coordinate any necessary follow-up work. This framework is designed to ensure the council has access to skilled arboricultural services for both routine maintenance and urgent response situations.
