Templemore Lands Disposal and Development Partnership Opportunity, Derry

Derry City and Strabane District Council is seeking a preferred Development Partner to purchase and develop surplus land at Templemore Road, Derry. The main property comprises approximately 3.03 hectares in the southeast corner of the Templemore Sport Complex, which is not required for the planned Leisure Centre redevelopment. The council is also exploring the potential inclusion of approximately 0.81 hectares of Department for Communities (DfC) land immediately adjacent to the east, and approximately 0.9 hectares of council land to the west where a shared community facility could be developed, bringing the total opportunity to approximately 4.74 hectares.
