eDiscovery Software Solution for Digital Evidence Review

The City of London Police is seeking to understand market capabilities for an eDiscovery software solution to support fraud and economic crime investigations. This is a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) and not an invitation to tender. The solution must enable efficient review of large volumes of digital evidence from multiple sources including computers, laptops, servers, cloud storage, mobile devices, email, and social media platforms. Key requirements include: • Early identification of evidential material to reduce investigative delays • High-performance processing of millions of documents, emails, images, and communications across multiple cases • Support for serious and complex investigations involving corruption, fraud, misconduct, and economic crime • Capability to handle multiple devices and substantial quantities of data without performance degradation • Detailed review functionality for individual investigations This investment will strengthen the City of London Police's position as the national policing lead for fraud and economic crime by providing modern digital evidence review capability. Contract duration, start date, and total value will be determined as requirements are finalised.
