Community Pharmacy Engagement Leads Service

This opportunity seeks a single provider to coordinate and manage Community Pharmacy Engagement Leads across Primary Care Network (PCN) areas in Kent and Medway. The provider will oversee the mobilisation of identified engagement leads within community pharmacies as part of wider PCN networks. Key responsibilities include supporting the rollout of pharmacy clinical services within PCN areas, facilitating Primary Care Asymptomatic Respiratory Pathway (PCARP) delivery, and linking into Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT) development. The successful provider will serve as the central coordinator ensuring effective communication and collaboration between community pharmacies and PCN structures to advance integrated pharmacy services.
