    Brief

    The Authority is seeking a single experienced supplier to design and deliver a comprehensive Vocational Progressions Project. The project will support young people in Years 12–14 across 15 schools, helping them progress into apprenticeships and reducing the number who become NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). The successful supplier will design and deliver structured vocational support programmes in each school, including group sessions, careers guidance interviews, and mock assessment centres. The contract will run in alignment with the Youth Guarantee timelines, providing targeted support to help students develop the skills and confidence needed for successful apprenticeship outcomes.
